As your Certified Personal Trainer, I pride myself on creating an energetic environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued. Above all, we cultivate a judgment-free zone where authenticity reigns supreme. 

Our programs are built around a holistic view of physical health, incorporating strength, balance, recovery, breathing, and stability. We focus on fundamental, functional movements and exercises to help you thrive and look and feel your best. Our goal is to help you build a body ready to actively participate in your ideal life – whether it’s hiking, lifting grandkids, or simply feeling really strong in everyday activities.

What sets my training apart is a deep commitment to your progress. As a lifelong learner, I combine researched techniques, science, and holistic approach with my clients. We use the latest technology – @IN Body –  to asses and track changes of water and body fat percentages, along with muscle building, while working on nutrition, habits and mindset.

I put huge emphasis on post training recovery, including self-myofascial release (SMR), red light therapy, trigger point and more.
